BCPG and its subsidiaries announced their operating results in Q2/2020 with an increase in EBITDA of 20.5% from the previous year and of 4.3% from Q1/2020.

 

      According to Bundit Sapianchai, BCPG President, the Company has achieved EBITDA for the last 6 months of 2020 of THB 1,684.5 million, a 16.6% increase compared with the same period last year. The main contributors were full-quartered revenue recognition of two hydro power plants in Laos – Nam San 3A and Nam San 3B – which have been performing well due to the beginning of high season in late of Q2/2020, and the reduction of maintenance shutdown days of geothermal power plants in Indonesia.

 

      As of June 30, 2020, BCPG’s total assets were THB 42,687.5 million, a 14.9% increase (approximately THB 5,231.7 million) from December 2019.
