The Department of Mineral Fuels, Ministry of Energy, and representatives from Mubadala Petroleum and Northern Gulf Petroleum Pte. Ltd. together signed the Supplementary Petroleum Concession to transfer a 10% interest in the G1/48 concession in the Gulf of Thailand, which includes the producing Manora Oil Field, from Northern Gulf Petroleum Pte. Ltd. to MP G1 (Thailand) Limited, a subsidiary of Mubadala Petroleum. The interests in the concession will accordingly be amended with 70% now owned by MP G1 (Thailand) Limited as the Operator and the balance 30% owned by Tap Energy (Thailand) Pty Limited.
